Erin is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Case Western University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked for twelve years treating trauma and burn patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care unit which further sparked her passion for and expertise in skin recovery and repair.
To continue her education Erin completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Case Western Reserve University with a focus on a Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. Her clinical rotations included Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals in Cleveland and St. Vincent Mercy Medical in Toledo, Ohio. Erin completed her advanced education with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (D.N.P.) with a specialized fellowship in dermatology. Erin is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is currently a national trainer for MedAesthetics and shares her expertise and techniques all over the United States. She is an active member of the following organizations: Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Sigma Theta Tau, Dermatology Nurses Association.
Loretta Nguyen Zanetti was born the youngest of ten children shortly after her parents immigrated to the US following the Vietnam War. She joined the US Army and served over 18 years in the Army Nurse Corps and currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. She attended Columbus State University for her Bachelors in Nursing and attended Western University of Health Sciences to obtain her Master’s in Nurse as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2014, she founded Erasable Med Spa and has grown the practice to include a comprehensive menu of aesthetic treatments to include injectables, laser treatments, and body contouring. She has published several articles on aesthetic laser treatments including authoring a chapter on laser tattoo removal in the Concise Textbook of Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery. She currently serves as a Galderma GAIN trainer, as a Key Opinion Leader for Cutera Face + Body Aesthetics, and is a luminary for Sciton Inc. She has also served as guest speaker at AMSPA Medical Spa Show, ISPAN International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, Cutera University Clinical Forum, and Sciton’s Rockstars of Aesthetics. Loretta has trained more than 100 physicians, NPs, PAs, aestheticians and laser technicians in aesthetic procedures, both nationally and internationally. She takes pride in offering combination therapies with injectables, lasers and medical grade skincare to give patients transformative yet natural results.
Tamika Lindsey is a highly accomplished Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated her career to providing exceptional healthcare. With a total of 20 years of experience, Tamika has worked in various fields of healthcare. However, her passion ultimately led her to specialize in Emergency Medicine and Aesthetics. Tamika has become widely recognized in the industry, earning the nickname "GlamNP713" and the title of Glam Nurse Practitioner of Houston, bestowed upon her by her grateful clientele. Tamika's expertise in aesthetics & lasers/energy based devices extends to being a certified and acclaimed Master Injector in various injectables and expert laser practitioner for one of her favorite laser companies Sciton. Tamika's influence in the aesthetics field extends beyond her successful practice. She serves as a National trainer for Allergan Aesthetics and Revance Aesthetics, imparting her knowledge and skills to fellow professionals. She is also a BTL Aesthetics Luminary and National Speaker, spreading her expertise on a larger platform. Tamika is a proud member and presenter of the International Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses.
